  • Your initial activation experience includes an in depth pre-install interview to ensure that your company's security is customized to your specific needs. A dedicated network security analyst works closely with you throughout the entire installation process. Lastly, a 40+-step Quality Assurance management review is completed immediately after activation to ensure we completed all steps.

  • We'll resolve your request or problem to your total satisfaction - and if the problem is not with our equipment or service, we'll point you specifically in the right direction to help you resolve it.

  • If you are not totally satisfied with any resolution, a responsive management team is easily reached to ensure you are satisfied.

How We Meet Our Service Commitment To You

 

  • We time/date stamp every service event, including the person who you worked with and all relevant details of that event. Each event record becomes a permanent, always-viewable part of your service record.

  • We use highly trained, security-certified people to provide your service. And to ensure great service every time, we have a fail-safe Auto Escalation system that escalates your new request if it's not responded to within our service level standards so that you cannot be left waiting too long, or inadvertently ignored.

  • Emergency /after hours response initiated by you is also guaranteed by our Auto Escalation system.

  • Peer and management review of random service requests is performed every week to ensure we are using best practices consistently.
